Selby skincare refers to Selby, owned by GSM ALCHEMY SDN BHD.
The Customer confirms that all content, statements, and materials provided to Selby Skincare (including photographs, videos, testimonials, and written comments) are based on their own genuine experience and have not been falsified, misrepresented, or unduly influenced by any third party.
The Customer acknowledges that the results, impressions, or benefits described in their submitted materials reflect their individual experience, and that actual results may vary from person to person depending on skin condition, lifestyle, and usage frequency.
Selby Skincare undertakes to use the Customer’s content responsibly, ethically, and in good faith. Selby shall not alter, distort, or misrepresent the meaning, tone, or intention of the Customer’s submission in any way that could reasonably be considered misleading or defamatory.
Selby Skincare further aTirms that all marketing or educational usage of such content will comply with applicable consumer-protection, advertising, and data-privacy laws, and that no medical or therapeutic claims will be made based solely on customer testimonials.
Both parties understand that this authorization does not imply any endorsement of medical eTicacy, and that Selby Skincare shall not be liable for interpretations of the content made by third parties beyond its reasonable control.
By accepting (electronically or physically) this Customer Content Release and Consent Policy, the Customer agrees to these terms, confirming that they are providing their consent voluntarily, with full understanding of the scope and implications of this release.
